The Department of Management and Information Systems at the Kent State University College of Business is interested in identifying quality adjunct faculty who can teach in its business management program. The successful candidate must be qualified and able to teach principles of management, leadership, project management, supply chain management, organizational behavior or global business management, among others
In all cases, while a PhD would be desirable, the applicant is expected to have at least an MBA or a master’s degree in a relevant, related area and a minimum of five years total work experience, with at least some of that experience being current (i.e., having been gained within the past three to five years). All of the courses are taught in a brick and mortar environment, but online teaching experience is considered a plus. Once applicants are qualified, they will be added to the pool of instructors available to teach for the Department of Management and Information Systems.

Working Conditions / Physical Requirements:
Light work-Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently to move objects. Incumbent must be able to communicate with others. Incumbent may be required to travel from building to building frequently and off campus occasionally.
Must pass a security check.
